Join four members of the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits’ recent Executive Leadership Cohort: Building Equity & Anti-Racist Change Agents for a discussion about how their experience has shaped their ongoing EDI work. In small groups, modeling techniques used in the cohort and their lived experiences, they’ll guide participants in discussions around power and privilege in the nonprofit sector. Undoing white supremacy culture both personally and within our organizational systems is crucial to building a culture of belonging, attracting diverse, talented employees, and, ultimately, helping to create thriving and healthy communities.
