Carolyn Rhodes

Carolyn V. Rhodes is a Human Resources Leader and a trusted advisor with 15+ years of cross-sector experience working alongside senior leaders in nonprofits, small and mid-size companies, and large corporations. She works with organizations in building equitable infrastructures that are sustainable. Carolyn brings a level of positivity and kindness to her work by listening, challenging, motivating, and inspiring her clients to think outside of the box and become innovative. She works with her clients to make their organizations better and to go deeper in creating the change they want to see in the world. She brings her strategic expertise in diversity equity and inclusion, change management, organizational assessment, human resources, strategic planning, performance measurement, defining cultural barriers, leadership development and executive coaching. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Peace College and has a certificate in non-profit management from Duke. She also holds a certificate from the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional.
