Jessie Hermann is an Assistant Vice President at Foundation For The Carolinas where she helps lead the Center for Nonprofit Sustainability. Her work focuses on supporting the regional charitable sector through capacity building and expert endowment management. Jessie is a native Charlottean who is actively engaged in many community initiatives and has had a diverse career in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She is a proud AmeriCorps alumna, a member of the Junior League of Charlotte, and serves on the Board of Directors for Charlotte Sister Cities. Jessie holds a BA in International Studies from American University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration at UNC Charlotte.
