Lauren Clark

Lauren Clark, MSW, CCM currently serves as the lead representative for Coastal Horizons Center (CHC) certification as an Advanced Medical Home plus (AMH+) designated organization and CHC’s participation in a federally funded demonstration program to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. Lauren’s previous work with non-profits in the Lower Cape Fear region include: staff development; data and analytics; care management accreditation; co-facilitating Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Groups; facilitating adult and children strengthening family groups; and health and wellness coaching in a behavioral health setting. In October 2018, Lauren completed her Community Resiliency Model (CRM(r)) Teacher Training through the Trauma Resource Institute. Lauren is passionate in building resiliency skills at an individual, organizational, community, and system level. Lauren is thrilled to be a part of the growing movement from trauma-informed to resiliency-focused.
