Micah Anderson

Micah Anderson (he/him/his) is an Organization Development consultant and non-profit professional who brings experience in schools and community-based organizations. His past work has focused on supporting young people through education while his current work includes organization development, leadership development, and community change efforts. Micah works with MDC in Durham working to build regional networks working against poverty, racism, and educational inequity and as an organization development consultant serving non-profit, government, and for-profit organizations. He is originally from Atlanta, GA and currently lives in Durham, NC. He has a bachelor’s in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and is pursuing a Master’s in Organization Development from American University. Micah loves watching basketball, playing team sports, spending time with his siblings, and spending time with his wife Catherine and their two cats.
