Phillip Sheldon is a Program Manager with MDC’s Rural Forward program. He started as a Rural Forward program support administrator in August 2019 and was promoted to partnership manager in 2021. His work and passion is in providing facilitation support and coaching for leaders practicing community development, particularly in rural communities. He is the facilitator of the NC Student Debt Relief Coalition. He is a student debt holder.
