Susan Ross

Susan has four decades of experience as a successful fundraiser, community volunteer, and nonprofit consultant. Known as a hard worker, practical optimist, and strategic thinker, she believes the topic of equitable fundraising is critical to the future of our profession. Prior to co-founding moss+ross in 2009, Susan had a successful fundraising career with Duke University in academic development, athletics, annual giving, and other areas. She and her husband, Tom Hadzor, live in Durham and have six grown children.
