Maggie Burch

Maggie Burch is a passionate advocate for using business as a tool for community transformation. As the Director of Programs at Designed For Joy, a Raleigh-based nonprofit providing transitional, competitive-wage employment for women emerging from crisis, she leads program design and implementation, builds strategic partnerships, and measures impact to support women’s long-term stability. Maggie earned an interdisciplinary degree in Social Development: Innovation & Impact from Meredith College, where she focused on innovation and women’s economic empowerment. She is recognized for translating big-picture vision into collaborative action and is deeply committed to expanding opportunities for women through social enterprise models.
