Grace Morris, originally from Pensacola, Florida, has spent most of her life in Charlotte, North Carolina. Inspired by her grandmother’s legacy of nonprofit service and her early involvement in church missions, she developed a deep commitment to community impact. In 2018, she moved to Raleigh to attend Meredith College, where she designed and completed a degree in Nonprofit Management. Grace began with Designed For Joy as an intern during her senior year and has since advanced to her current role as Executive Director, leading the organization’s mission to provide transitional employment and competitive wages for women emerging from crisis in Raleigh, North Carolina.
