Melissa Carrier, MBA, Wharton, BS Ohio State, is Co-Founder of Radiate Works, a boutique consultancy helping organizations achieve their impact goals through innovation practice. Trained as an engineer, she brings experience as a consultant, educator, systems designer, and executive director to private, public, and nonprofit sectors to create meaningful change at every level. Prior to Radiate Works, Melissa built nationally recognized Center for Social Value Creation at the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and continued her work at the University of North Carolina, creating the Office of Design and Public Innovation at Innovate Carolina.
