She founded The Team Together, a facilitation agency that designs custom workshops to spark clarity, build alignment, and turn ideas into action. Her approach blends structure with play, leaving teams energized and motivated to take action. Shannon is also co-founder of Women Facilitating, a community where women connect, learn from one another, and grow their skills and impact as facilitators.
