After six years of building power and community, Poder NC made the difficult decision to sunset at the end of 2025. This workshop is an honest conversation about what it means to stand in your principles when the path forward isn’t easy. We’ll share lessons from our own journey—how we’ve navigated grief, clarity, and courage; what it looks like to honor your people and your purpose through big change; and why equity, integrity, and care must stay at the center, even (and especially) when things get hard.
