Exhibitor BINGO Rules

  1. Visit the Virtual Exhibitor Hall. Click on Exhibitor profiles to see their listings.
  2. Visit the Center's online BINGO game.
  3. To enter into the raffle, submit email and then select a color to receive a themed "BINGO card."
  4. Match five emojis on the BINGO card to the emojis appearing on the Exhibitors’ listings. Click submit on the Google Form to enter the raffle
  5. Folks can play as many times as they’d like. But, choose a different color to play a different BINGO card.

YES! Recordings of conference sessions will be made available to all registrants after the event at no charge. Recorded sessions will only be provided for the days you register, i.e. if you register for Thursday only, you'll only receive Thursday's recordings.

Registered participants will be emailed instructions on how to access LIVE conference sessions.

  • Refunds must be submitted in writing by November 1.

Pre-Event FAQ

The Center offers discounts for our Member nonprofits, our current Sustainers and Associates, Students, and young nonprofit professionals under age 30.

Several foundations sponsor scholarships for nonprofits meeting their criteria for attendance. If you are eligible for a scholarship, you will be notified by the Center.

Yes, sessions at our conference are eligible for CPE and CFRE.

Registrants who are not able to attend live conference sessions are encouraged to substitute someone to attend in their place; please submit this change via email by November 1 to seasley@ncnonprofits.org. Recordings of conference sessions will be made available to all registrants after the event at no charge. Registrants will be able to watch sessions at their leisure if live attendance isn’t possible.

If a substitute cannot be found, cancellations must be received in writing to joloughlin@ncnonprofits.org prior to November 1 and will be subject to a 12% administrative fee for each registration cancelled. Registrants who cancel their registration will not receive the recordings of conference sessions. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after November 1. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Upon request, the Center may provide assistive technology to conference attendees such as closed captioning, or other similar technologies. These needs can be identified in your registration form.

Several hundred (300-500) nonprofit professionals attend the Center's conference each year.

The Center releases our Request for Proposals each spring prior to the fall/winter event, and presenters are selected by our conference committee. Request for Proposals are now closed.

Registered participants will be emailed links to access recordings and session materials.

  • Discounts are available to Center Members, Sustainers, Students, and those under age 30.
  • Those eligible for scholarships will be notified.
  • Refunds must be submitted in writing by October 29.
