Cancellations
Registrants who are not able to attend the conference are encouraged to substitute someone to attend in their place; please submit this change via email by October 15 to Sarah Easley.
If a substitute cannot be found, cancellations must be received in writing to Jen O’Loughlin prior to October 15 and will be subject to a 12% administrative fee for each registration cancelled. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 15. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
NOTE: If your organization and staff/board have been affected by Hurricane Helene and you need to cancel your conference registrations, we will refund your full costs with no fees. Email your cancellation at your convenience (we will honor refunds past the event dates), or if your organization is in the declared disaster area and you don’t attend, we’ll refund your costs automatically.
