Cancellations
Registrants who are not able to attend the conference are encouraged to substitute someone to attend in their place; please submit this change via email by October 15 to Sarah Easley.
If a substitute cannot be found, cancellations must be received in writing to Jen O’Loughlin prior to October 15 and will be subject to a 12% administrative fee for each registration cancelled. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 15. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
