Elisha Childers, MBA has more than 30 years of progressively responsible experience in the administration and operation of nonprofit organizations. She has served 15 of those years as an Executive Director of two nonprofit organizations known for their excellent workplace culture as well as their community impact. Elisha holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Charles M. Snipes School of Business and Economics at Lenoir-Rhyne University. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Child Development and Family Relations. She also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University and is a certified grants specialist through Research Associates, Inc, and has training and experience in facilitating strategic planning for organizations.
