Elizabeth Benefield, MA, Duke University, BA, College of Wooster, is Co-Founder of Radiate Works, a consulting firm that focuses on social innovation strategy and impact. She spent ten years at NC State as Director of Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship leading the university in development of impact-focused curriculum and programs. She designed and launched the Social Innovation Fellows and managed all operations. Passionate about leveraging cross-sector expertise, Elizabeth spent fifteen years as a consultant to impact organizations in the areas of fundraising, sustainability and social entrepreneurship. She worked ten years prior as Director of Development for the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work.
