With 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership, she supports leaders who are overwhelmed by day-to-day demands and craving more space to think and lead strategically. Her coaching and facilitation help leadership teams get on the same page, make better decisions, and work together with more trust and ease. Before starting her coaching practice, Kim led system-wide initiatives in public schools and national nonprofits. She began her career as a sixth-grade English teacher in South Texas, where she was a finalist for the Sue Lehmann Award for Excellence in Teaching. A Northeasterner by birth and at heart, Kim now lives in Columbia, South Carolina with her husband and three children.
