Matthew Elliott is the co-founder and COO of Data Bull, bringing over a decade of leadership experience across the corporate and nonprofit sectors. With an MBA from UNC–Chapel Hill and a strong background in business administration and finance, he specializes in strategic management, communication, and innovation. Previously, Matthew served as Development Coordinator and Grant Manager at Healing Transitions, where he managed a $2M grant portfolio and implemented a analytics system to strengthen reporting and donor engagement. At Data Bull, he now empowers nonprofits with nonprofit intelligence tools, helping organizations optimize fundraising, outreach, and operations through data-driven strategies. His mission is to equip nonprofits with the insights they need to grow and maximize their impact.
