Emily Caldwell boasts over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, both domestically and internationally. Holding a Masters of Nonprofit Leadership, she currently serves as the Assistant Director of StrongPoints at Meredith College and is the Founder and Executive Director of Stepping Stones for Global Development. Emily’s commitment to global outreach was highlighted during her 11-year residency in Ecuador, where she founded the Galapagos ICE organization. She has been recognized on the Dan Rather Reports and by the Christian Science Monitor for her impactful contributions. Additionally, Emily educates future leaders as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Lynchburg. Her journey exemplifies dedication, global perspective, and transformative leadership in the nonprofit realm.
