Adriana Dolgetta Cosgriff is the Founder and CEO of Capacita, a mission oriented management consulting firm. Through Capacita, she helps nonprofit organizations remove barriers and reach new heights through strategic capacity building. She is an attorney with expertise implementing structural reforms and innovations in organizations around the world, with over eleven years serving as a supervisory foreign affairs officer and leader of diverse international teams at the U.S. Department of State. At the Department, she managed criminal justice policy, teams, and programs for Afghanistan, Ukraine, and the Caribbean, and later led innovative internal reforms for the Department’s 80,000+ person workforce. She is a graduate of Harvard College with a focus on organizational psychology, graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School, and holds a Top Secret United States security clearance.
