Beth Bordeaux

Beth Bordeaux, MSW (She/Her) holds a Masters of Social Work degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and 35 years of experience in human services, including 15 as a consultant. Evaluation of practice at the program level, agency level, collaborative level, and community level has been a touchstone for Beth throughout her career – assessment, evaluation, strategy development, data management and utilization of data in decision making. Beth brings a system level thinking approach while embracing core values of meeting people where they are, honoring the self-knowledge and personal agency of all people, and building trust with generosity, vulnerability, integrity and openness.
