Melissa Forde

Melissa joined The Kaleidoscope Project in 2017 and currently serves as the project director. Through Kaleidoscope, Melissa has had the privilege of working closely with Wake County residents and community partners in addressing 26 environments to support the social and emotional health of young children and their families. She is passionate about community centered work and the importance of lived experience. In her spare time, Melissa is kept busy by three active boys, outdoor projects, and Ultimate Frisbee.
