Sara Joss has worked in the public sector for 12 years, including a long tenure in the nonprofit arena across several states. She has a passion for organizational strengthening, infusing equity and awareness into all realms of her work, building strong relationships, and asking the “hard” questions. When not managing grants, Sara can be found making pottery or in the woods with her dog, Zayla.
