Wayne Bostick has been affiliated with the NC A. Philip Randolph Institute (NCAPRI) for over 20 years. He started in the Durham Chapter APRI as the Recording Secretary and was soon appointed as the chapters president when the then president stepped down. After joining the NCAPRI State Executive Board as a Durham Chapter APRI delegate, Wayne was voted in as the Vice President of the executive board. After a few years serving as vice president, he later took the helm as President and Board Chair of the NC APRI, a position that he still holds. Wayne is also the Board Chair of the NC A. Philip Randolph Educational Fund. Wayne also serves as vice president of the NC Alliance for Retired Americans, and 2nd Vice Commander of American Legion Raleigh Post 1.
